FCA

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is a parachurch ministry supported by Duck Church. FCA's vision statement is "to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes." Duck Church is involved with FCA in several ways. We provide monthly financial support to our Northeast North Carolina area director, Scott Williams. We also provide monetary support for the FCA huddles at First Flight Middle School and First Flight High School. This money helps pay for breakfast at meetings, provides scholarships for students to go to FCA camps, and funds outreach events. Several of our Duck Church youth participate in their FCA huddles each week, and some of our youth even lead FCA team Bible studies with their school sports teams.
