All God’s Children UMC Angel Tree

Duck United Methodist Church loves serving in mission with All God's Children United Methodist Church in Aulander, NC. Located in rural Bertie County, Aulander is one of the poorest communities in North Carolina. For the past several years, Duck Church has partnered with the Place of Possibilities, an outreach ministry of All God's Children UMC, to provide Christmas gifts for needy children. This year, we are serving the children in their virtual school support program.

The Gifts

This year, each child will receive:

• 2 toys
• a stocking full of candy

You can also opt to purchase a small gift for one of their staff members.

Picking Out an Ornament

If you'd like to purchase an Angel Tree Gift (or two or three!), you can stop by the fellowship hall during these times:

• After our 9:30 AM outdoor worship service Sunday, November 22nd
• Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday this coming week from 12-2 PM

Someone will be there to assist you. Of course, you can always call the church office any time, 252-261-1525.

Turning in Gifts

Please return your wrapped gifts to the church fellowship hall by Sunday, December 13th so the gifts can travel from the Outer Banks to Aulander.  Please return all gifts with their ornaments.
