All God's Children UMC

All God's Children UMC is just two hours away from the Outer Banks in Bertie County. The church's community is located in an impoverished county of high unemployment, single parent households, and students who have low test scores. Its "Place of Possibilities" creates and supports programs that offer after-school care, job/entrepreneurial training, literacy and health awareness. Duck Church participates through funding, providing clothing, blankets, school supplies and Christmas presents in addition to volunteers who assist in building repair, painting, etc. Our Duck Church Youth also enjoy a relational connection with the children and youth at the Place of Possibilities.
